School Guidance Counsellor

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology/ Clinical Psychology
• Diploma or certification in Guidance & Counselling is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a School Counsellor in a K–12 school is preferred
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, learning needs, and socio-emotional well-being
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
