Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics from a recognised university
- B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognised institution is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the Secondary level (Grades 9 & 10) in a recognised school (CBSE experience preferred)
- Thorough understanding of the CBSE Mathematics curriculum, competency-based education, and board examination pattern
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Statistics, and Probability
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts using activity-based, inquiry-driven, and technology-enabled teaching methodologies
- Experience in preparing students for board examinations with a proven track record of academic excellence
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, assessment design, and the effective integration of digital learning tools
- Ability to analyse student performance and implement differentiated instructional strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student mentoring skills
- Passion for fostering logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities among students
