College Placement Counsellor

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in college placements, career counselling, university admissions, or student career services
• Strong understanding of campus recruitment, higher education pathways, internships, and placement processes
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with universities, and industry partners
• Ability to guide students on career planning, employability skills and profile building
• Knowledge of Indian and international higher education and employment trends will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate placement drives, career fairs, and employer engagement activities
