Vidritti Talent Partners draws on over 16 years of in-school experience to support K–12 institutions in identifying educators who not only meet qualifications, but are the right cultural and institutional fit.
Vidritti was not founded by recruiters who later transitioned into education. It was established by two professionals who spent over a decade working within the school ecosystem—and who are now committed to transforming how talent is identified and placed within it.

"Qualifications may get a teacher through the door, but alignment keeps them there. Culture is not built by policies alone — it is built by people who feel they belong."
Smita brings to Vidritti something rare in education recruitment: a deeply structured HR mind, sharpened across 14+ years and multiple sectors. A postgraduate from XLRI in Education Human Resource Management, she has spent her career building the processes, frameworks, and instincts that make hiring both rigorous and humane. As Head of HR at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, she led end-to-end talent operations, from sourcing and onboarding to culture building and retention, developing a nuanced understanding of what makes school teams stable, collaborative, and high-performing over time.
Before education, Smita worked in IT and ITES environments — high-pressure, high-volume settings where the ability to assess quickly and accurately is non-negotiable. That cross-sector rigour, brought into the world of schools, gives her a perspective that most education HR professionals simply don’t have. She understands both the speed that institutions sometimes demand and the depth that truly good hiring requires.
WHAT SHE BUILDS EVERY HIRING PROCESS AROUND

"Recruitment is less about filling a vacancy and more about protecting the emotional climate of the school. The cues are always there. We just have to listen closely."
Suman came to Vidritti not from a boardroom, but from a classroom. A Master’s in Counselling Psychology and over 16 years of experience as a psychology educator, mental health professional, and trauma-informed therapist, she has spent her career doing the kind of work that sits at the intersection of education and human wellbeing, understanding not just how people learn, but how they feel, function, and flourish.
What set Suman apart as an educator was the belief that a classroom is not just an academic space, it is an emotional one. Beyond the classroom, she worked on curriculum development, shaping how psychology is taught, sequenced, and made relevant to young learners, and served as a subject consultant to schools navigating board transitions and syllabus redesign.
As a trauma-informed therapist, Suman understands what it means to hold space for people carefully — a skill that translates directly into how she approaches candidate conversations and school consultations. She doesn’t just screen; she listens for what isn’t being said. It is this layered professional identity, educator, therapist, curriculum thinker, that gives her a rare ability to assess not just whether someone can teach, but whether they are truly ready to inhabit a school community with the empathy it requires.
WHAT SHE LISTENS FOR IN EVERY INTERVIEW
Suman and Smita bring complementary strengths and a shared conviction: that schools deserve hiring partners who truly understand what they're building and why it matters.
