Early Years Educator

Eligibility Criteria 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or an equivalent Early Childhood Education qualification is preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years (Nursery, KG, or Kindergarten) in a recognised school
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, play-based learning, and age-appropriate pedagogical practices
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Proficiency in planning and delivering engaging, inquiry-based, and experiential learning activities
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with young learners, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology and creative teaching resources into the classroom
• Strong observation, documentation, and assessment skills to monitor children’s progress and developmental milestones
• Passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, independence, and a lifelong love for learning
