Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field (M.A./M.Sc. Psychology)
- Diploma or certification in Guidance & Counselling will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a School Counsellor in a recognised K–12 school
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, learning needs, socio-emotional well-being, and behavioural interventions
- Ability to provide individual and group counselling for academic, emotional, behavioural, and social concerns
- Experience in designing and delivering life skills, mental health, well-being, and preventive education programmes for students
- Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership to support student development and inclusion
- Experience in conducting assessments, maintaining counselling records, and making referrals to external professionals when required
- Sound knowledge of child protection, safeguarding practices, and ethical guidelines for school counselling
- Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, crisis intervention, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to student welfare
