The role involves driving student enrollment strategies, strengthening brand visibility, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring an exceptional admissions experience for prospective students and parents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibility of the Head- MAC would include, but are not limited to –
Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, SEO, SEM, email, and paid platforms.
- Manage advertising, promotions, events, education fairs, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touch points.
- Strengthen the school’s reputation and visibility within the local and regional community.
Admissions:
- Lead end-to-end admissions processes to achieve enrollment targets across programs.
- Develop student acquisition strategies through schools, counselors, channel partners, and direct campaigns.
- Manage admissions counselors and support teams for inquiry conversion and parent engagement.
- Analyze admissions funnel data, conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance applicant experience through timely communication and process efficiency.
Communications:
- Oversee internal and external communication strategies.
- Draft and review press releases, newsletters, announcements, speeches, and official communication.
- Manage public relations activities and media engagement.
- Coordinate communication between departments for institutional announcements and campaigns.
- Handle crisis communication with professionalism and promptness.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor the Marketing, Admissions, and Communications teams.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly performance reviews.
- Collaborate with academic departments and senior leadership to align enrolment and branding goals.
- Support the Principal and leadership team in achieving the school’s strategic objectives.
