Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Education, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, advocacy, branding, or stakeholder engagement, preferably in the education or social impact sector
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communication and advocacy initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences
- Experience in managing digital communication channels
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with parents, media, alumni, community partners, government bodies, and other key stakeholders
- Experience in planning and managing events, campaigns, public outreach, and community engagement programmes
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for education and the ability to articulate and promote the school’s vision, values, and achievements
