School Career Counselor

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field
• Certification or specialised training in Career Guidance and Counselling will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Career Counsellor in a school or educational institution
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international higher education systems, university admissions, career pathways, and emerging career trends
• Experience in administering and interpreting career assessments, aptitude tests, and interest inventories
• Ability to guide students on subject selection, career planning, college applications, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities
• Excellent counselling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organise career fairs, university interactions, workshops, and parent orientation sessions
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, universities, and school leadership
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice
