School Nurse

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognised institution
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a School Nurse, Staff Nurse, or Paediatric Nurse (school experience preferred)
• Sound knowledge of first aid, emergency response, infection control, and child health management
• Ability to administer medications, maintain student health records, and manage medical emergencies
• Experience in conducting health screenings, immunisation awareness, and wellness programmes will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and work collaboratively within the school environment
• Certification in First Aid is preferred
