Full job description
Key Responsibilities
o Accurately process payroll on defined schedule.
o Manage and review timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances for accuracy.
o Calculate employee wages, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
o Ensure timely and accurate distribution of payroll payments.
o Ensure compliance with Labour laws and regulations.
o Handle statutory deductions including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax (TDS), and other payroll-related taxes.
o Stay updated on changes to tax regulations and labor laws, implementing adjustments as required.
o Prepare and submit statutory returns, filings, and reports.
o Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
o Generate and analyze payroll reports including salary slips, tax summaries, and payment registers.
o Provide payroll data and reports to finance and HR departments as needed.
o Manage employee benefits and deductions related to medical insurance, retirement funds, and other voluntary deductions.
o Ensure accurate processing of bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
o Assist employees in accurately calculating their income tax, ensuring timely submission of investment declarations, and providing necessary follow-ups to complete the process efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹408,000.00 per year
