Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance-Driven SEO & Digital Growth Manager to lead our India digital growth strategy, focusing on:

• Top Google rankings (Page 1 / Top 3)
• AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini)
• High-quality lead generation (not just traffic)

This role is critical in driving revenue growth through search dominance across Indian and global markets.

Core Objective (Performance Driven)

• Rank XIPHIAS websites in Top 3 positions for high-intent keywords
• Generate qualified inbound leads consistently
• Achieve strong visibility across Google + AI search ecosystems
• Deliver measurable ROI from SEO + Paid campaigns

Key Responsibilities1. AI-Driven SEO & Search Dominance

• Build and execute AI-first SEO strategies
• Optimize for:
• Google Search + AI Overviews (SGE)
• ChatGPT / LLM discovery
• Voice & conversational search
• Implement:
• Semantic SEO & topical authority frameworks
• Structured data (schema) for AI visibility
• Target featured snippets & zero-click search results

2. Advanced SEO Execution (On-Page + Technical + Off-Page)

• Drive on-page SEO optimization (content, internal linking, metadata)
• Lead technical SEO improvements:
• Site speed, indexing, crawlability
• Core Web Vitals
• Execute off-page SEO strategies:
• High-quality backlinks
• Guest posting & digital PR
• Improve domain authority and trust signals

3. Keyword Strategy & Search Intent Mapping

• Identify high-conversion keywords (India + Global markets)
• Focus on:
• Long-tail keywords
• AI search queries
• Location-based keywords (Bangalore, India, Global)
• Map keywords across:
• TOFU / MOFU / BOFU funnel stages
• Continuously improve SERP rankings

4. Content & Authority Building

• Lead creation of:
• Blogs, landing pages, pillar content
• Immigration & investment-focused articles
• Ensure content is:
• SEO optimized + AI-friendly
• Conversion-focused
• Build topical authority in immigration & global mobility

5. Paid + Organic Growth Integration

• Manage and optimize:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Align SEO + PPC for maximum search visibility
• Optimize:
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Conversion rates

6. Analytics, CRO & Performance Optimization

• Track performance using:
• Google Analytics
• Search Console
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Monitor:
• Traffic quality
• Lead conversions
• Funnel performance
• Execute:
• A/B testing
• Landing page optimization (CRO)

7. Competitor & AI Market Analysis

• Analyze competitor:
• Keyword strategies
• Backlink profiles
• Content performance
• Track:
• Google algorithm updates
• AI search trends
• Continuously refine strategy to stay ahead in rankings
